CLIMATOLOGY at Dubai
Design Days Dubai invited smart textile designer Elaine Yan Ling Ng (THE FABRICK LAB) to install CLIMATOLOGY, her latest experimental textiles series. The installation brings magic to the desert; growing a dream garden in the heart of Dubai.

CLIMATOLOGY is Elaine’s most recent work that combines biomimicry with smart textiles. Deriving inspiration from natural systems, the materials change in response to fluctuations in light, temperature and humidity to create an organic, receptive environment.
